WEBSITE PRIVACY
Privacy Policy.
Updated October 5, 2026. This policy describes the information handled by the ARYV website and its contact form.
1. Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name, the message you write, and your phone number if you provide one. We also record a submission reference and the date and time of your message.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, medical information, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information in the form.
2. How we use your information
We use inquiry details to understand your request, communicate with you about possible services, and keep a record of the conversation. Sending an inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list or authorize unrelated marketing.
The website does not use your inquiry to train an AI model or make an automated decision about you.
3. Hosting and other providers
The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver pages and store contact submissions. These providers may process ordinary technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, for delivery, reliability, and security. Hosted access controls may use authentication cookies when the site requires sign-in.
Google Fonts provides the website’s typefaces. Your browser contacts Google when loading them, which can expose ordinary request information to that provider.
This website does not include advertising pixels or a separate analytics service. We do not sell contact-form submissions or share them for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
5. Storage, access, and retention
Contact submissions are stored in a private database. The website offers no public list or search of submissions. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers involved in operating the site and handling inquiries.
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to review the request, respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be removed through our business record-management process. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured.
We use access controls and encrypted connections to reduce risk. No online service can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and questions
You can leave the phone field blank and choose how much business context to include. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, use the Contact page and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before handling it. Rights and exceptions depend on the laws that apply.
Our services and website are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review it.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or its information practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
